Corelle Dishware Livingware and Corelle Dishware Ultra dinnerware are made through a unique lamination process that strengthens pieces, making them lightweight and chip-resistant, as well as suitable for reheating or even cooking in conventional and microwave ovens. Dinnerware styles range from classic to modern, striped to floral, simple to whimsical. To complement its array of patterns, Corelle Dishware also manufactures practical kitchen décor items such as burner covers, counter mats, and storage jars. The first Corelle dinnerware was created in 1970 in Corning, New York, where the company still manufactures tableware products today. The Corelle brand is part of the World Kitchen, Inc. family, which also includes CorningWare, Pyrex, Revere, Ekco, Baker’s Secret, Magnalite, Chicago Cutlery, and Olfa.
